You can now collect guest interest in private events through Tock. When enabled via Dashboard, your guests will see a private event section added to the sidebar of your Tock page. Guests interested in learning more about your private dining offerings can click through to a request form where they can share details of their request (i.e. size, preferred date, occasion etc). After a request is submitted, both you and the inquiring guest will receive an email; a confirmation email for the guest and a new submission email for you. Armed with the request details, you’ll be able to follow up with the guest in a more actionable manner, responding with detailed information and availability pertaining to their exact needs.
In addition to adding this form on your Tock page, you can also link and show the private event request form on your own website (just like the Tock booking widget). Cool! Learn more
Interested in sending a thank you message to your guests following their visit? You can now enable a post-visit email that is automatically sent the day after a guest’s visit.
The email automatically includes links to your website and social media if you list them on Tock, and you have the option to include a customized message to your guest. Configuration of the post-visit email, including the custom copy, is available on a per-experience basis. Enable the new post-visit by editing Experiences and selecting the option under “Communication”. Learn more
