When someone walks in during service who has visited previously, searching their name will instantly bring up quick details - including visit counts, tags and notes about that guest.

Receive notifications for feedback and waitlist requests

Receive real-time updates when guests leave post-visit feedback or add themselves to your waitlist by adding an email address in Dashboard.

Filter guests and groups by email opt-in status

We’ve added a guest’s email opt-in status as a filter within your directory and when creating smart groups.

Book waitlist guest directly from a held table

And last but not least, complimenting the updates from last week where we added the ability to book a waitlist member from available tables within Calendar, you can now also take those actions on a held table.
